With the exception of some products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations of ordered products can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

*We may not be able to accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges depending on the order details and product condition.

*Defective products will only be exchanged for the same product if they are in stock.

We cannot accept returns other than the methods specified by us.

*If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product only if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you.

If the product delivered is defective, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs except when the product delivered is different from the order.
