・Ingredients
SUVIN COTTON is one of the longest fiber varieties of ultra-long fiber cotton, and is an extremely rare variety.
"Ultra-long fiber cotton" is only harvested about 1% of the cotton, and the land conditions for the growth of ultra-long fiber cotton are said to be quite strict.
It is impossible to grow ultra-long fiber cotton unless it is a land where natural conditions that cannot be managed by humans are miraculously overlapping, such as the large temperature difference between day and night, the rainy season and dry season are clearly separated, the high altitude, and the fertile soil such as the downstream of the river.
Tamil Nadu, southern India, where subin cotton is produced, has a dry climate and is not originally suitable for growing agricultural crops, but many rain falls in the rainy season near areas with subinin cotton fields, making it a miraculously ideal place, and is considered to be the "land chosen by the gods."
The cotton grown here is not only thin fibers, but also has a natural luster, smooth texture, and a delicate touch.
The cultivation area is limited, and it takes a lot of effort to cultivate and harvest compared to other cotton, so the yields are decreasing year by year. Today, only about 0.00,001% of the global cotton production volume is produced, making it a rare, extremely high-quality raw material.

The spinning method is used, called the "silo compact method."
The silo compact has a parallel and dense fiber arrangement, allowing you to minimize fuzz while bringing out the charm of high-quality ingredients, achieving a glossy and smooth feel.

The gabardine fabric we use is made by twisting two twin threads, and two more twisting them together to achieve outstanding luxury and durability that can be used daily.
・Weaving
A characteristic of Subin cotton is that each fiber that makes up the thread is extremely thin, making it softer than necessary even when weaving at a high density.
Therefore, by repeatedly adjusting the weaving speed of the loom, the balance between the warp and weft density, and the fabric processing method, weave it into an ultra-high density fabric that exceeds the limit, achieving a luxurious, elegant luster and firmness.
The gabardine fabric is made of oblique weave (twill weave) with diagonal streaks on the surface, and by combining four extremely fine threads into one thread, it creates an overwhelming sense of luxury and silky touch.
We have examined the combination of chambray's colored threads from a huge range of patterns and created a unique, distinctive coloring.
During the finishing stage of the fabric, we apply a high-pressure press to further tighten the luster to the limit.
The extremely high density of regular cotton makes it so hard that it will lose comfort, but the overwhelming high quality of Suvin cotton gives it a smooth touch, luxurious feel, and an exquisite comfort that you wouldn't expect from 100% cotton.

While there are usually many polyester linings, this series uses original cupra polyester material.
Cupra has high moisture absorption and a smooth texture, but it also has the properties of being sensitive to water, so by blending it with polyester and applying special processing, we have developed a lining that can be washed with water while taking advantage of the high performance of Cupra.
