Original yarn-dyed chambray wool produced at a completely integrated factory in Oshu, which is a company that has consistently handles spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing wool, which is only one company in Japan.
The yarn is made of ultra-strong twisted yarn that has been twisted to the maximum number of times wool can withstand.
By using ultra-twisted yarn, we bring out moderate firmness and resilience.
The basic color scheme of regular chambray is one warp thread and one weft, but this fabric was the first attempt in Japan, where two different colors of threads were arranged alternately for the warp thread, and the weft thread was also woven in an extremely high-density manner using four colors of chambray, with two different colors of threads alternately arranged.
By combining the four colors, we create a unique, deep color that is hard to say.
The finishing touches the fabric into a chemical soak, giving it a firm feel in addition to the dry and resilience of the tightly twisted yarn.
This material has the natural deodorizing properties, moisture absorption, and UV protection that wool possesses, but can be hand washed and easy to care for, making it a material that can be used daily.

While there are usually many polyester linings, this series uses original cupra polyester material.
Cupra has high moisture absorption and a smooth texture, but it also has the properties of being sensitive to water, so by blending it with polyester and applying special processing, we have developed a lining that can be washed with water while taking advantage of the high performance of Cupra.
