4 Colors Chambray Washable Wool Peaked Lapel Double Breasted Jacket

Original yarn-dyed chambray wool produced at a completely integrated factory in Bishu, which is the only company in Japan that handles everything from wool spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing.
The yarn is made of super strong twisted yarn that has been twisted to the maximum number of times that wool can withstand.
By using super-tightly twisted yarn, it provides just the right amount of firmness and resilience.
Normal chambray is basically a color scheme of one color in the warp and one color in the weft, but this fabric is the first in Japan to be woven with four colors of chambray, with two different colored threads arranged alternately in the warp and two different colored threads arranged alternately in the weft.
By combining four colors, you can create a color with a unique depth.
As a finishing touch, the fabric is impregnated with chemicals to give it the dry feel and resilience of highly twisted yarn, as well as a sense of firmness.
It has wool's natural deodorizing, moisture absorption, and UV protection properties, while also being hand washable and easy to care for, making it a material that can be used daily.

・Lining
While most linings are usually polyester, this series uses an original cupro polyester material.
Cupro has high moisture absorption and a smooth texture, but it is also sensitive to water, so by blending it with polyester and applying special processing, we developed a lining that takes advantage of Cupro's high performance and can be washed with water.
