・Raw materials
"SUVIN COTTON" is an extremely rare variety that has one of the longest fibers among ultra-long staple cottons.
Only about 1% of cotton is harvested as "ultra-long staple cotton," and the land conditions for growing extra-long staple cotton are said to be quite harsh.
Ultra-long-staple cotton cannot be grown unless the land has a miraculous combination of natural conditions that cannot be controlled by humans, such as a large difference in temperature between day and night, a clear separation of rainy and dry seasons, high altitude, and fertile soil such as the downstream of a large river.
The southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, where Subin cotton is produced, has a dry climate and is not normally suitable for growing crops, but near the area where Subin cotton fields are located, there is a lot of rain during the rainy season, making it a miraculously ideal location, and locals say it is ``the land chosen by God.''
The cotton grown here not only has fine fibers, but also has a natural luster, smooth texture, and delicate touch.
As the cultivation area is very limited and cultivation and harvesting is extremely labor-intensive compared to other cottons, the harvest volume has been decreasing year by year.Currently, only 0.00001% of the world's cotton production is produced, and it is treated as an extremely rare and ultra-high-grade raw material.
We have set our own strict standards for fiber length, fineness, impurity content, etc., and only use first-class products that are actually of good quality.

・Spinning
A special spinning method called the "silo compact method" is used for spinning.
Silo Compact's fiber arrangement is parallel and dense, and while minimizing fuzz, it brings out the charm of high-quality raw materials and achieves a glossy and smooth texture.
The thread count, which indicates the thickness of the thread, has undergone various tests and has been selected to be 120 thread count, which is a higher thread count than typical high-quality fabrics.

The gabardine fabric used is made by twisting two strands of this yarn together, and then twisting two more strands together to create both an outstanding sense of luxury and durability for daily use.

・Weaving
A characteristic of Subin cotton is that each fiber that makes up the thread is extremely thin, so even if it is woven at high density, it will become softer than necessary.
For this reason, we have repeatedly fine-tuned the weaving speed of the loom, the balance of warp and weft density, and the fabric processing method, and by weaving it into an ultra-high density fabric that exceeds the limits, we have achieved a luxurious, elegant luster and firmness.
The twill weave gabardine fabric has diagonal uneven lines on its surface, and by combining four ultra-fine threads into a single thread, it creates an overwhelming sense of luxury and a silky touch.
We examined the combination of colored chambray threads from among a huge number of patterns and created a unique coloring unlike any other.
In the finishing stage of the fabric, we apply a high-pressure press to further tighten the fabric and bring out its luster to its limits.
With its ultra-high density, regular cotton would be so hard that it would be uncomfortable to wear, but the overwhelming quality of Subin cotton gives it a smooth touch, a luxurious feel, and the ultimate comfort that you wouldn't expect from 100% cotton.
We have created a fabric that is so delicate that it would otherwise be considered a luxury item, but has been given the durability to be used on a daily basis, creating a one-of-a-kind fabric unlike any other.

Furthermore, the collar is made of washable natural leather.
The exquisite combination of natural materials creates a luxurious finish that adds contrast to the item.

The collar is made of real leather, so it is very delicate and is more susceptible to water than regular cloth.

-The outer material of this product is 100% cotton, the lining is 100% polyester, and only the collar is made of natural leather.

・When washing by hand, please pick or spot wash the dirty areas.

・Please do not wash the cotton in the best season and the leather in the collar together.
This may cause problems such as color transfer from the collar leather.

・The leather collar cannot be ironed.
